Our Journey Toward a More Vibrant Parish

Dear Parish Family and Guests to our Website,

Thank you for visiting our website and we hope you enjoyed Father Rick's recorded message above. We are going to do our very best at being One Church: loving Jesus, serving Jesus and sharing Jesus. We endeavor to be a vibrant Catholic Church serving a diverse community in a safe and welcoming environment where we care for all people along their faith journey. We created this rack card as a resource for everyone to pray with and about. Please view it here in English or Spanish

The Guest Perspectives event took place on Tuesday, April 23rd and if you were unable to attend, more details on the presentation and research will be forthcoming. Stay tuned! This information will help us learn what the experience is like for a first-time guest that visits our church! See more at Faith Perceptions' website

Later in the Fall, our Bishop, Edward Rice, will join us to offer his reflection on the Seven Signs of a Vibrant Parish – plan to attend! Date to be announced later. We would also recommend picking up the book, Rebuilt by Father Michael White and Tom Corcoran which is the story of a Catholic Parish in the Baltimore, Maryland area that was similar to us. It provided a great deal of inspiration for our journey toward a more welcoming parish. Most importantly, please pray for the guidance of the Holy Spirit as we strive to grow in hospitality, serving, discipleship, and worship. Feel free to reach out to any of us as we strive to become the most vibrant parish in our diocese!
